The DLMS Certification Trademark may only be used on products that have received official certification from DLMS UA.

For products to carry the certification trademark, they must meet the necessary requirements and have successfully gone through the DLMS certification process.

If your older product has been certified under the DLMS standards, you are permitted to use the certification trademark on that product, provided it still meets the requirements set by DLMS UA.

To confirm whether your older product is still certified, please refer to the list of certified products on the DLMS website or contact DLMS UA Membership Support for assistance.

Using the certification trademark improperly or on uncertified products is a violation of DLMS UA’s intellectual property rights, and the organization reserves the right to request the removal of the trademark if it is used inappropriately.
