The DLMS UA Collective Trademark can only be used by members of DLMS User Association to promote their membership within the DLMS community, not to mark products. It may be used in various forms of communication but must adhere to strict guidelines. 


Guidelines for Using the DLMS UA Collective Trademark:

  1. Authorized Use:

    • The trademark can be used to promote membership in DLMS UA but not on products or services.
    • It can be used in marketing materials, advertisements, websites, exhibition stands, and more, as long as it adheres to the rules.
  2. Prohibited Uses:

    • DLMS® should not be used as part of a web address or domain name, except after the backslash in a URL.

    • The trademark must not be used in ways that harm the reputation of DLMS or DLMS User Association.
    • The trademark cannot be used to mark products or services.
