In myDLMS, several contact types exist. Navigate to your membership profile and click on the Company Info tab to discover the different contacts for your company. 


  1. Representative Contact
    • Each DLMS UA member must designate a primary Representative contact.
    • The Representative is responsible for modifying the member company's data on the myDLMS platform. 
    • This contact receives all notifications and updates from DLMS UA regarding the membership
    • This contact is authorized to add additional member contacts and change the member representatives.  
  2. Alternative Representative Contact (Optional)

    • The Alternative Representative performs similar functions to the primary Representative.
    • This contact also receives notifications from DLMS UA and can act on behalf of the primary Representative when necessary.
    • This contact is authorized to add additional member contacts and change the member representatives.  
  3. Financial Representative Contact

    • The Financial Representative is responsible for managing invoicing, renewal, and payment-related processes within the myDLMS platform.
    • This contact receives notifications related to the financial aspects of the membership, including invoice updates and payment reminders.
