Member Company
- A Member Company refers to any legal entity or natural person that has signed a Membership Agreement, paid the appropriate membership fee, and is in Good Standing with DLMS UA.
- Member Companies may hold different membership levels, such as Promoter, Advanced, or Full Member, depending on their agreement and contribution level.
Affiliate
- An Affiliate refers to any entity that is controlled by or under common control with a Member Company (referred to as the "Parent Company").
- Control is defined as:
- Incorporated entities: Ownership, directly or indirectly, of 50% or more of the total voting securities of another entity.
- Unincorporated entities: Ownership of more than 50% of the interest that represents decision-making rights for the entity.
How to Determine Your Company’s Status
- If your company directly signed the Membership Agreement and paid the membership fees, it is a Member Company in Good Standing.
- If your company is controlled by or shares control with a Member Company, it is considered an Affiliate of that Member Company.
- Only Members with Full, Advanced or Promoter Membership can register an Affiliate. The affiliate registration process must be initiated by the parent company.
