Member Company

  • A Member Company refers to any legal entity or natural person that has signed a Membership Agreement, paid the appropriate membership fee, and is in Good Standing with DLMS UA.
  • Member Companies may hold different membership levels, such as Promoter, Advanced, or Full Member, depending on their agreement and contribution level.

Affiliate

  1. An Affiliate refers to any entity that is controlled by or under common control with a Member Company (referred to as the "Parent Company").
  2. Control is defined as:
    • Incorporated entities: Ownership, directly or indirectly, of 50% or more of the total voting securities of another entity.
    • Unincorporated entities: Ownership of more than 50% of the interest that represents decision-making rights for the entity.

How to Determine Your Company’s Status

  • If your company directly signed the Membership Agreement and paid the membership fees, it is a Member Company in Good Standing.
  • If your company is controlled by or shares control with a Member Company, it is considered an Affiliate of that Member Company.
  • Only Members with Full, Advanced or Promoter Membership can register an Affiliate. The affiliate registration process must be initiated by the parent company.
