Yes, it is possible to upgrade or downgrade your membership level within a twelve-month calendar period. 

  1. Upgrade Process

    • Members may request an upgrade at any time during the year by looging into the myDLMS platform.
    • If the upgrade becomes effective before October 1st of the request year, the Member must pay the difference between the current Membership Level fee and the upgraded Membership Level fee.
  2. Downgrade Process

    • Members may also request a downgrade within the same calendar period by looging into the myDLMS platform. 
    • Downgrade requests made after the renewal process has started and fees have been paid will not entitle the Member to a reimbursement of the invoiced Membership fee.
  3. Effective Date and Administrative Fee

    • Changes (both upgrades and downgrades) will become effective as per the conditions outlined in Article 3.2 of the DLMS UA Membership Terms.
    • An administrative fee of €500 will apply to all membership level changes.
