The Recipient is the organization to which the Compatibility and/or Compliance Certificate will be issued. The Certificate will bear the name of the Recipient and can only be issued in the name of one organization.
- If the Applicant and the Recipient are the same organization, please select the appropriate checkbox.
- If the Recipient is a DLMS UA Member in Good Standing, please select the appropriate checkbox and select the organization from the dropdown list in the middle section.
- If the Recipient is not a DLMS UA Member in good
standing, please select the checkbox on the left
and enter the Recipient’s name and address in the
fields on the right. This information will be
used to issue the Compatibility and/or Compliance
Certificate.
