The Product Type specified in the application must exactly match the Product Type indicated in the submitted test report files. Similarly, the Product Model must correspond to the broader family name under which the product is marketed. Please note that the Product Model and Product Type must be different.
This information is used to manage the Certified Product List published by DLMS UA. Applicants must ensure that the information provided in the Application matches the information on the test report files exactly. Any mismatch will result in rejection of the Application and may incur additional re-application costs.
DLMS UA reserves the right to verify that any use of DLMS trademarks and certification statements in product documentation accurately reflects the Product Model and Product Type listed on the official certificates. Any inconsistencies may be considered unaithorized or fraudulent use of DLMS UA trademarks and a breach of the IPCP Agreement.
