The Product Type specified in the application must match the product type shown in the submitted test report files. Similarly, the Product Model must be consistent with the broader family name under which the product is marketed. Please note that the Product Model and Product Type cannot be the same. As this information is used to manage the Certified Product List published by DLMS UA, it is mandatory that the Applicant ensures a perfect match between the data submitted in the Application and the data provided in the test report files. Any mismatch will result in rejection of the Application and will incur additional re-application costs.
DLMS UA reserves the right to verify that any use of DLMS trademarks and certification statements in product documentation accurately reflects the model and type listed on the official certificates. If inconsistencies are found, DLMS UA may consider this as fraudulent use of its trademarks and a breach of the IPCP Agreement.
