The Applicant must upload test files applicable only to the specified Product Type. Each test must be submitted as a seperate .zip file. Do not combine multiple test files into a single .zip archive.
The application will be rejected if any of the following mismatches or issues are identified:
The Test Tool licensee stated in the test file differs from the one provided in the application form.
The test results indicate a failure or any test has a "Fail" outcome.
The Recipient stated in the test files differs from the Recipient provided in the application form.
The Product Type stated in the test files differ from the Product Type provided in the application form.
Please ensure that all information in the test files matches the application form exactly to avoid rejection and additional re-application costs.
