During the application process, the Applicant must acknowledge that they have read and understood the DLMS UA Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy, which has been signed by the Applicant’s company as part of the Membership Agreement.
As part of this process, the Applicant must:
- Ensure that the information provided in the submitted Test Report files accurately matches the information declared in the Application.
- Ensure that all required tests have been performed correctly and that the Device Under Test (DUT) has passed all required evaluations.
The Application invoice will be sent to the Applicant, with a copy forwarded to the invoicing address specified in the Member’s profile. The Applicant must have the appropriate authority to submit the Application and ensure that the invoice is processed and paid.
An Application will be rejected if test files are missing, incomplete, or indicate a failure of the DUT. In such cases, the Applicant will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-application.
