During the application process, the Applicant must acknowledge that they have read and understood the DLMS UA Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy, which has been signed by the Applicant’s company as part of the Membership Agreement. As part of this process, the Applicant will be required to: 


  • Ensure that the information provided in the submitted Test Report files accurately reflects the information declared in the Application. 
  • Ensure that the tests were conducted properly and that the device under test (DUT) has passed all required evaluations. 


The invoice for the Application will be sent to the Applicant, with a copy forwarded to the invoicing address specified in the Member’s profile. The Applicant must have the necessary authority to submit the Application and ensure that the invoice is processed and paid. 


Applications will be rejected if test files are missing, incomplete, or indicate a failure of the DUT. In such cases, the Applicant will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-application.
